- Apri Pannello di controllo> Programmi> Programmi e funzionalità.
- Fare clic su “Visualizza aggiornamenti installati” sulla sinistra
- Cercare nella barra di ricerca “KB5000802”.
- Individua l’aggiornamento, selezionarlo e fai clic su “Disinstalla”.
Se non riesci a disinstallare la patch tramite il Pannello di controllo, puoi anche utilizzare il seguente prompt dei comandi o il comando PowerShell per rimuovere manualmente la patch:
wusa / uninstall / kb: [id]
Nel comando precedente, dovrai sostituire l’ID KB con quello che desideri disinstallare.
Se sei su v2004 o 20H2, il comando sarebbe wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:5000802 /quiet
Per la versione 1909/1903, il comando è wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:5000808 /quiet
